1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During high-volume periods or collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Domestic Shipping (Nigeria): 2–5 business days
• International Shipping: 5–12 business days, depending on destination
• You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or promotions.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays

Chic by Wandé is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or force majeure events. However, we will do our best to support you through any shipping issues.

1. Eligibility

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Clearance items, custom pieces, and intimates (lingerie, bodysuits, etc.) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Return

• Email Hello@chicbywande.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

To request a size or colour exchange, email us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.
